Phillips Foods, Inc is the largest importer of pasteurized crab meat in the United States. What makes us unique as a company is that we own and operate our world wide seafood processing plants. Plus, we serve the crab meat we produce in our own restaurants. So it has to be good. Our family name is on the line.

From Water to Plate

We ensure the quality and safety you deserve. We do this by directly employing thousands of people world wide in Phillips crab processing plants. When it gets our stamp of approval, we sell our crab meat to consumers through our own Phillips Seafood Restaurants, at grocery store across the country and to other chefs to use in their restaurants.

Phillips owns and operates 17 plants worldwide. Phillips owns plants in the United States, Ecuador, Mexico, Indonesia, India, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Our crab meat is produced in crab processing facilities in 17 countries around the world. We put safety first. They are HACCP approved, EU certified, and receive 3rd party inspection year around.
In-house Laboratories

We have in-house labs in our processing plants across Asia and in Baltimore, MD. Our crab meat goes through a rigorous 5 point check process to ensure quality and safety.

Technology

All plants use the latest technology to achieve outstanding quality and safety. Our nitrogen tunnel flash freezes crab cakes to lock in freshness. Our crab meat travels from Asia with temperature recording devices to detect a spike in refrigeration.
