Jumbo Lump Crab Martini

A unique and refreshing happy hour treat, this crab martini recipe combines Absolut Vodka and Phillips Jumbo Lump Crab Meat with onion, celery and peppers.

Jumbo Lump Crab Martini

Ingredients

8 oz. Phillips Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
1 1/2 tsp. red onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. celery, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. Absolut Vodka, unflavored
1 1/2 tsp. red bell pepper, chopped
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions

  • In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together gently.
  • Cover and chill 3-4 hours or overnight, if possible.
  • Serve each portion in an oversized martini glass.
