Ingredients

4 Mahi Mahi fillets, approximately 6 oz. each
oil, as needed
Phillips Pineapple Sweet Chili Sauce, for dipping

Tropical Fruit Salsa:
¼ C. papaya, diced
¼ C. mango, diced
¼ C. kiwi, diced
2 Tbsp. red onion, minced
2 Tbsp. red bell pepper, minced
2 Tbsp. green bell pepper, minced
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 Serrano chile, minced
2 tsp. cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. honey

Cooking Instructions
  • Prepare tropical fruit salsa: lightly mix all salsa ingredients and place in a refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  • To grill mahi mahi: preheat grill to high temperature. Brush fish with oil to prevent sticking.
  • Grill on each side approximately 2 to 4 minutes or until fish is tender and flaky.
  • To bake mahi mahi: preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Place fish on a lightly oiled baking pan and cook for approximately 10 to 14 minutes or until tender and flaky. Cooking time may vary.
  • Spoon tropical fruit salsa over fish just before serving.
  • Serve with a ramekin of Phillips Pineapple Sweet Chili Sauce on the side, if desired, for extra flavor.
