I really prefer a simple crab salad like this with no ingredients that will mask the sweet flavor of the crab, just enhance it. This salad scooped up with crunchy raw vegetables or black pepper water crackers is the bomb. Sorry, not a real big fan of crab cakes, I'm always disappointed in the flavor and they're a lot of work! This sounds like the crab salad that I have gotten in the restaurant at BWI Airport. It is great. So delicious, light and refreshing. The CRAB is the star, and the other ingredients just set it off. They add great flavor and texture to this dish. I love it with some crackers, but I'm sure it is great with other things like croissants. Enjoy!
