8 Phillips Crab Cake Minis 8 large (or "baby bella") mushrooms 8 tsp. shredded cheese, such as Swiss or Italian blend
1. Preheat oven to 400°F 2. Defrost crab cakes according to package directions. 3. Wash mushrooms and pat dry. Pull or cut out stems. 4. Press 1 Crab Cake Mini into each mushroom cap. For smaller mushrooms, cut crab cake mini in half and press into mushroom cap. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. 5. Bake 10-15 minutes or until filling reaches 165°F and cheese is melted.
