INGREDIENTS
  • 4 mahi mahi fillets
  • 1 C. flour (or enough to cover all fillets)
  • butter
  • 1 Tbsp. shallots
  • 1 Tbsp. capers
  • 1/4 C. white wine
  • juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • Worcestershire sauce to taste
  • fresh parsley to taste
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
    • 1. Dust mahi mahi fillets with flour.
    • 2. sauté in butter.
    • 3. Add shallots & capers.
    • 4. Cook mahi mahi until fork tender.
    • 5. Deglaze fillets in pan with white wine, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
    • 6. Garnish finished fillets with fresh parsley.
