4 mahi mahi fillets
1 C. flour (or enough to cover all fillets)
1 Tbsp. shallots
1 Tbsp. capers
1/4 C. white wine
juice from 1/2 a lemon
Worcestershire sauce to taste
fresh parsley to taste

Preparation Instructions

1. Dust mahi mahi fillets with flour.
2. Sauté in butter.
3. Add shallots & capers.
4. Cook mahi mahi until fork tender.
5. Deglaze fillets in pan with white wine, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
6. Garnish finished fillets with fresh parsley.
