Ingredients
1 lb. Phillips Crab Meat (any grade)
(2) 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. fresh or dried parsley
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 ½ tsp. Phillips Seafood Seasoning
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz. mozzarella cheese
Preparation Instructions
Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature and soften.
In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp. parsley, dry mustard and seafood seasoning. Stir in 7 ½ ounces cheddar cheese and 4 ounces mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
Gently fold in crab meat by hand until evenly distributed throughout mixture. Be careful not to break apart the meat.
Pour mixture into 9-inch lightly greased pie or quiche pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese and parsley.
Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until top is golden brown and bubbling.
Recipe Notes
Serving suggestion: serve with choice of crackers, tortilla chips or French bread. Also try serving in a hollowed out bread boule.

This dip was really delicious. I made a couple of adjustments while preparing it. The first was to add 4 cloves of crushed garlic. Then I added 5 good shakes of Tabasco Chipotle sauce. It was a huge hit! Thanks for the base recipe!
