Ingredients: Crab meat, Cream Cheese (Pasteurized cultured milk and cream, salt, carob bean gum), Cultured Sour Cream (Milk, cream, skim-milk, modified food starch, guar gum, sodium citrate, carrageenan, locust bean, culture), Spinach, Parmesan Cheese (Parmesan Cheese [Pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes], rice flour and cellulose powder added to prevent caking, natamycin [a natural mold inhibitor]), Processed Smoked Gouda Cheese (Cultured milk, water, cream, skim milk, whey, sodium phosphates, salt, smoke flavor, sorbic acid [preservative], enzymes, powdered cellulose [to prevent caking]), Worcestershire Sauce (Vinegar, molasses, high fructose corn syrup, anchovies, water, onions, salt, garlic, tamarind concentrate, cloves, natural flavorings, chili pepper extract), Lemon Juice. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:Microwave ovens vary, cooking time may need to be adjusted.Completely remove film from top of container. Microwave on HIGH?cook for 2 minutes, then stir and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Stir again and continue cooking on HIGH for 30 seconds, for a total cooking time of 4 ½ minutes. Dip is finished when it reaches internal temperature of 165°F. CAUTION: Bowl and contents may be extremely hot.
