BAKE FROM FROZEN1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.2. Place frozen crab cakes on an ungreased baking pan. Brush the tops with melted butter (optional).3. Bake for 12 minutes, flip and bake and additional 6-8 minutes until golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.PAN FRY FROM THAWED1. Cook thawed product in pre-heated frying pan with butter or oil for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side over medium heat.2. Cakes are finished when they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
