1. Place Scampi sauce pouch in a bowl with warm running water to thaw. CAUTION: Do not microwave pouch of sauce.
2. Empty pasta into a colander and place under cool running water for 1 minute to thaw. Drain pasta, let sit until step 4.
3. Preheat non-stick skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables, shrimp, sauce and 6Tbsp. of water, cover and cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
4. Remove cover, add thawed pasta. Replace cover and cook for an additional 1 minute, stirring frequently.
For food safety, cook meal to 165°F, adjusting cooking times accordingly.
