Southwest Crab Salsa

Quickly mix up this light and delicious Southwest Crab Salsa with black beans, corn, avocado & flavorful crab claw meat for a sweet, spicy treat.

Southwest Crab Salsa


8 oz. Phillips Claw Crab Meat
1 can yellow corn, rinsed
1 can black beans, rinsed
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 avocado, chopped
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup lime juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
salt, to taste

Cooking Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except for crab meat. Mix thoroughly.
  • Gently fold in crab meat, being careful not to break up lumps.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos.
