1/3 cup medium taco sauce (or hot if you like)
2 Serrano peppers – seeded and chopped fine
2/3 cup red bell pepper, chopped small
6 flour tortillas (8 inch or larger)
3 cups jalapeno jack cheese, or regular jack cheese
2 tsp. grape seed oil or olive oil
