Product SpecsRemove lobster minis from all packaging before cooking.
BAKE FROM FROZEN (recommended):
1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
2. Place lobster minis on a greased baking sheet.
3. Drizzle lobster minis with melted butter.
4. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes.
5. Remove baking sheet from oven, flip lobster minis over.
6. Allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving.
PAN SAUTÉ (thawed only):
1. Preheat medium sauté pan.
2. Add 2 Tbsp. oil.
3. Reshape lobster minis (thawed cakes are soft).
4. Carefully add minis and cook for 3 minutes on medium heat.
4. Flip minis and cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat.
5. Remove cakes to drain excess oil.
6. Allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving
Ovens and ranges vary, adjust time as needed.
CAUTION: May be extremely hot.
Product should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
Thawing Cakes: Defrost in the refrigerator 4-6 hours before cooking. Quick Thaw in Microwave: Place on a microwavable plate. Heat on high for 15 seconds, flip, and heat another 15 seconds. Microwaves vary, adjust time as needed. Do not fully cook in microwave.
