BAKE FROM THAWED (RECOMMENDED):
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Remove lobster from packaging.
3. Place lobster on a lined baking sheet.
4. Drizzle lobster with 1 Tbsp. melted butter.
5. Bake for 17 minutes.
6. Switch oven setting to broil high.
7. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes.
8. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving.

BAKE FROM FROZEN:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Remove lobster from packaging.
3. Place on a lined baking sheet.
4. Drizzle lobster with 1 Tbsp. melted butter.
5. Bake for 28 minutes.
6. Switch oven setting to broil high.
7. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes.
8. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving.

CAUTION: May be extremely hot.
