Cooking preparation

All product must be removed from packaging, Bake from frozen. All ovens vary, adjust the cooking time as needed.

1. Preheat oven to 425°F
2. Lightly grease a medium colored nonstick pan
3. Remove fish from all packaging and place on the pan
4. Place pan on the middle rack in your oven
5. Bake for 15 minutes, remove from oven and flip fish over.
6. Return to oven and bake an additional 4 to 7 minutes. Product should reach an internal temperature of 165°F
7. Allow product to rest for 2 minutes before serving

CAUTION: May be extremely hot.
