1 lb. Phillips Pasteurized Lobster Meat
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup finely chopped celery
Splash of fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
4 split-top rolls
2 Tbsp. butter
4 large lettuce leaves (optional)

Cooking Instructions
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Phillips Lobster Meat, mayonnaise, celery, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • On stove, melt butter in a nonstick pan, add buns and brown on each side.
  • Remove buns and fill each with lettuce (if using) and half of the lobster mixture.
