4 Phillips Crab Cakes
2 English muffins
4 slices baked ham, heated
4 slices tomato
4 eggs, cooked as desired (omelette, scrambled, poached or fried)
1 pkg. Hollandaise sauce

Cooking Instructions
  • Thaw and cook crab cakes according to package directions.
  • Slice English muffins in half and toast.
  • Prepare Hollandaise sauce according to package directions.
  • On top of each muffin, layer one slice of ham, one egg, one slice of tomato, and one crab cake. Spoon Hollandaise sauce over top.
