Ingredients

8 oz. Phillips Special Crab Meat
5 avocados, peeled, deseeded & diced
1.5 – 2 limes, juiced
1/4 red onion, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 Roma tomatoes, seeded & diced
2 jalapeños (1 seeded, both minced)
1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
smoked paprika or Tajín, for garnish

Cooking Instructions
  • Add avocados to a large bowl. Using a fork, mash to desired consistency (we prefer small chunks still left). Immediately add lime juice and stir until well-integrated. This will prevent the avocado from browning.
  • Add rest of ingredients (except crab) and stir until well-combined. Stir in crab until well-integrated. If you’d like, reserve some of the crab as garnish until you’re ready to serve. Chill until ready to serve. If you’ve reserved crab, then top guacamole with it and garnish with smoked paprika or Tajín.
