Ingredients

1 8-count package Phillips Crab Cake Miniatures
4 each soft pita bread rounds
1/2 cup Kraft 4-cheese Mexican blend
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup tomato, chopped
1 Tbsp. sour cream
3 Tbsp. Old El Paso medium taco sauce

Cooking Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and bake crab cake minis according to package directions until center reaches a minimum of 165°F.  Meanwhile, assemble all other ingredients
  • Prepare Zesty Sauce by mixing sour cream & taco sauce together in a small bowl.
  • Spread 1 Tbsp. Zesty Sauce across each pita shell. Add shredded lettuce, top with chopped tomato and shredded cheese.
  • As soon as crab minis are done, add them in with other ingredients, then gently fold the pita.
  • Serve with additional taco sauce and/or sour cream or with other toppings, such as chopped avocado or salsa, if desired.
