8 oz. Phillips Special Crab Meat
6 avocados
1/2 red onion, diced
2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
2 limes, juiced
garlic salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Cooking Instructions
  • Peel & pit avocados & mash thoroughly.
  • Add diced red onion, chopped cilantro & lime juice & mix.
  • Add garlic salt & pepper to taste, then mix.
  • Gently fold in Phillips Crab Meat.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
