Cooking preparation

Safe Handling: Keep frozen until ready to use. Once thawed, store in the refrigerator and use within 48 hours. DO NOT REFREEZE.

Defrosting: Defrost in the sealed bag in the refrigerator for 4-8 hours or under cold water for 1-2 hours.

Preparation: Rinse under cold water. Steam for about 6 minutes or grill for 2-3 minutes per side. Serve with lemon butter for dipping.
