1 tsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 onion, diced
1 rib of celery, diced
1 head garlic, minced

1 tsp. clam juice
1 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup Parmesan, freshly grated

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
