- Combine water, grits, and garlic salt in a small saucepan on medium high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until desired consistency (about 7 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese.
- Divide into two bowls.
- Add half of the crab meat to each bowl and garnish with Phillips Seafood Seasoning.
