Crab Cake Mini Bruschetta

Make a fancy bruschetta in a snap with this recipe. The mini crab cake is a great addition to this classic and makes a great finger food for any occasion.

Crab Cake Mini Flatbreads with Goat Cheese & Fig


  • 1 pkg. Phillips Crab Cake Minis
  • 1 skinny baguette, cut into thin slices
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with garlic and herbs
  • A handful of basil, chopped

Cooking Instructions

  • Cook Phillips Crab Cake Minis according to package directions.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Arrange pieces of baguette on a cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 4 minutes, or until toasted.
  • Remove from oven and arrange on serving dish.
  • Place a teaspoon of diced tomatoes on each toasted round.
  • Top each round with a mini crab cake and a sprinkle of chopped basil, then serve.
