1 lb. Phillips Crab Meat
8 oz. sour cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp./Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
1 Tbsp. fresh or dried parsley
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Phillips Seafood Seasoning
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz. mozzarella cheese
(2) 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
Serving suggestion: serve with choice of crackers, tortilla chips, sliced vegetables or French bread. Also try serving in a hollowed out bread bowl.

Developed by our founder Shirley Phillips, this is the original crab cake recipe first used in Phillips Crab House in Ocean City, MD in 1956, and is the same recipe used in Phillips Seafood Restaurants today.
