Ingredients

1 package Phillips Maryland Style Crab Cakes
4 strips peppered bacon, cooked
2 thick slices tomato
1/2 oz. arugula
mayonnaise or tartar sauce, as desired
2 rolls
optional: Phillips Seafood Seasoning

Cooking Instructions
  • Cook crab cakes according to package directions.
  • For each sandwich: on bottom half of roll, spread mayonnaise or tartar sauce, then layer 1/4 oz. (about 1 handful) arugula, one slice tomato, 2 strips of bacon and crab cake. Top with roll.
  • Sprinkle with Phillips Seafood Seasoning for an extra spicy kick.
