1 lb. Phillips Lobster Meat
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
half head of garlic, minced
3 scallions, thinly sliced
4 oz. water chestnuts, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. finely minced fresh ginger
1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
1 Tbsp. sriracha
1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 Tbsp. caster sugar
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. chili oil
approximately 50 wonton wrappers (square-shaped)
canola or vegetable oil, for pan frying
1 cup water (+ more if needed)
Chili Crisp Dipping Sauce:
1/2 cup chili crisp
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
