Phillips Premium Crab Cakes are made with luscious jumbo lumps of the highest quality wild-caught crab meat in a traditional Maryland-style base of buttery crackers, creamy mayonnaise and tangy Worcestershire sauce. We add a touch of Dijon mustard, a squeeze of lemon and our own special blend of seafood seasonings to enhance the natural sweetness of the crab meat. These handcrafted cakes deliver back-of-house appearance and flavor without the time-consuming prep work and provide versatile cooking options from frozen and thawed – bake, sauté or fry. Handmade in small batches to protect the crab meat lumps from breaking, our Premium Crab Cakes make a memorable addition to any menu.

Product SpecsPan Fry from Thawed:
1. Pan Fry over medium heat in oil for approximately 3-4 minutes on each side.
2. Crab cakes are finished when they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
Bake from Frozen:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Place frozen crab cake on greased baking pan.
3. Bake for 14 minutes, flip, bake for an additional 4-6 minutes.
4. Cakes are finished when internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Bake from Thawed:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Place thawed crab cake on greased baking pan.
3. Bake for 8 minutes, flip, bake an additional 2-3 minutes.
4. Cakes are finished when internal temperature reaches 165°F.
