Butter, for brushing
Cedar Planks
Lemons, for garnish

Cooking Instructions
  • Soak cedar planks in warm water, according to package directions.
  • Brush thawed crab cakes with butter on both sides
  • Cook on heated plank for 5 minutes on each side until the center reaches a minimum of 165°.
