Easy Chicken Chesapeake

This decadent Easy Chicken Chesapeake entrée features just two ingredients, Phillips Maryland Style Crab Cakes and chicken breasts! Serve with asparagus, mashed potatoes and a spicy tomato sauce.


1 pkg. Phillips Maryland Style Crab Cakes
2 chicken breasts
Butter or oil, for brushing

Cooking Instructions
  • Thaw crab cakes overnight according to package.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Wrap chicken breast lightly around crab cake and secure with a toothpick.
  • Season chicken breast as you wish and brush with oil or melted butter.
  • Bake at 400°F for 22 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
