Lump Crab Stuffed Chicken Breasts

With sweet crab meat and tender chicken breasts marinated in a blend of juice and spices, locking in the juicy flavor, this hearty dish is sure to please and impress your dinner guests!

8 oz. Phillips Lump Crab Meat
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 c. apple juice
Lemon pepper seasoning, season to taste
Oregano, season to taste
Garlic powder season to taste
Onion power, season to taste
Parsley flakes, season to taste
Seasoning salt, season to taste

Cooking Instructions
  • In a baking dish, mix together apple juice, lemon pepper seasoning, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and very little seasoning salt.
  • Place the chicken breast into the mixture.
  • Cover and refrigerate for desired marinating time.
  • After marinating, empty the mixture from the dish and slit each breast down the middle deep enough to stuff.
  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Stuff chicken breast with generous amount of crab meat.
  • Place uncovered dish into oven and bake for about 40 minutes.
