Cooking preparation

DEEP FRY FROM THAWED:
1. Thaw under refrigeration for 8 hours
2. Heat fryer to 325°F.
3. Scoop ½ to ¾ ounce scoops and drop in the fryer.
4. Fry for 2-3 minutes, longer if portion is bigger.
5. Allow product to rest for 2 minutes before serving.

CAUTION: May be extremely hot.

Product should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.

Crab, Eggs (Whole Egg, Citric Acid [To Preserve Color], 0.15% Water Added As Carrier For Citric Acid), Flour (Bleached Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Milk, Cheddar Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Corn, Onion, Cornstarch, Onions, Hot Sauce (Aged Cayenne Red Peppers, Distilled Vinegar, Water, Salt, Garlic Powder), Seasoning (Salt, Spices [Including Mustard], Paprika), Baking Powder (Sodium Bicarbonate, Cornstarch, Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Monocalcium Phosphate, Silicon Dioxide).
