Our Crab & Mozzarella Arancini are handcrafted with an irresistible blend of premium Phillips crab meat, white rice, mozzarella cheese and spring onion. Each rice ball is delicately flavored with aromatic herbs including garlic, coriander and basil, then dipped in a crunchy breaded coating. Handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality.

Product SpecsDeep Fry:
1. Heat fry oil to 350°F.
2. Carefully place frozen Arancini in basket and deep fry for approximately 6 – 7 minutes.
3. Remove from the oil and rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Conventional Oven:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place the frozen Arancini on a greased baking sheet.
3. Bake for 10 -12 minutes, remove from oven and rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Air Fryer:
1. Set air fryer to 350°F.
2. Place Arancini inside and cook for approximately 10 minutes, checking after 8 minutes.
4. Remove and rest for 2 minutes before serving.
