(2) 2-count packages Phillips Maryland-Style Crab Cakes
1 package prepared polenta, sliced 1/2″ thick
8 oz. prepared fresh salsa

Cooking Instructions
  • Prepare crab cakes according to package instructions.
  • Heat grill to medium heat, then grill polenta for a few minutes on each side according to package instructions, until cooked through and crispy.
  • Spread 1-2 ounces fresh salsa on polenta, then top with a crab cake and serve.
