Wild caught in the tropical ocean waters of Southeast Asia, Waterman’s Reserve Yellowfin Tuna Steaks are available in 6 oz. and 8 oz. portions and provide a moderate flavor and firm, lean meat that stands up to full-flavored seasoning such as blackening or seafood spice.

Cooking preparation

Keep frozen until ready to thaw.

To thaw:
1. Remove all packaging.
2. Refrigerate below 38°F for 8–10 hours or overnight.

Cook until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
